Was getting my car service around the corner and stumbled upon this cafe. The food quality is 5/5 stars! Tastes so fresh and the service was fantastic. The cafe has a lovely indoor and outdoor area and is perfectly clean. Great value for money. My bagel was only $12 and it exceeded expectations. Highly highly recommended if you are in the area.

Scrambled eggs were buttery, the ciabatta was fresh and soft (no rock solid bread here!). Enjoyed my flat white too. They play pop covers just loud enough to provide a little energy and atmosphere, and not too loud that it intrudes in conversations. Bright and spacious cafe that I’m enjoying my time at. I walked here 15mins from The Tint Shop while my car is getting tinted and am very happy to spend the next couple hours here doing my work.

Lovely cafe to work at while I was waiting for my car to get it's WOF. Really friendly staff and they have some power sockets to plug in. Nice and quiet and a lot of space. I enjoyed my drinks (coffee and chai latte), but found the food I ordered was pretty standard (blueberry muffin and corn fritters). There was nothing wrong with the food, I've just been to other cafes where I think they have more interesting menu. I would go back if I was in the area and need a place to get some work done.

Eastside Cafe is one of our favourite places! We live 10 km North and sometimes drive 20 minutes to visit the cafe again. Polite staff, spacious yet cozy ambience, delicious dishes, and generous portions. Adore their Thai Salad! Not crowdy, not noisy, once I had a chance to lead a Zoom meeting comfortably.

I went here because Hello Stranger around the corner was so unbelievably busy I could not find a table or a nearby parking spot. Eastside was far less busy. The staff were incredibly nice. And the food was so freaking good. I got the chili eggs and a medium soy milk latte. The portions were ginormous. I ate until I could not eat another bite and then I have take home which will easily be a whole another meal. Highly recommend this location. The food is excellent and the portion size is huge. Also, it smelled and looked *super clean* inside. Well worth a visit
